3. Estimates and Service Requests
Quotes, estimates, and proposals provided through our website, by phone, by email, or in person are subject to verification, site assessment, and final scheduling. Pricing, rebate eligibility, and material availability may change. A signed proposal and any required deposit form the binding agreement for any work performed.
4. Consent to Communications
By providing your contact information through our website, our ads, an in-person form, a phone call, or any other channel, you expressly consent to receive communications from York Home Performance and on our behalf, including:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, York Home Performance, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of our website, our marketing communications, or our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our website or marketing is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).
13. Indemnification
