Your cost for a home energy audit is just $100 to conduct this valuable scientific assessment of your home’s energy strengths and weaknesses. As a certified participating contractor, York Home Performance will set up the following efficiency and safety tests in your home:

• Thermal Imaging
• Carbon Monoxide Test
• Gas Leak Detection
Improve Home Comfort and Qualify for Valuable Rebates
Using the results of the home energy audit, our home performance team can help determine the most effective improvements for improving your home’s comfort and energy efficiency. Rebates of up to $7,500 are available for qualifying improvements, including air sealing, insulation and heating & cooling upgrades. BGE also offers financing options for qualifying customers.
