FirstEnergy Utilities Penn Power
For those that qualify, this program begins with an energy audit (which is covered up to $250) and offers rebates based on the amount of energy saved when improvements are completed.
BGE HPwES
Baltimore Gas and Electric offers the High Performance with ENERGY STAR rebate for homes that are able to reduce their energy consumption by 10% to 20%. This program also starts with a professional energy audit and can cover costs of any qualifying upgrades up to $7,500.
